  • $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders exceeding $75.00 in merchandise value shipping via Standard service to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO or PO Box destinations. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $74.99 or less will be assessed a $5.99 shipping & handling surcharge. Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.

  • *Delivery to PO Boxes may take 7-10  business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

  • NOTE: Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification. Orders with more than 100 items may not be eligible. Upgraded orders placed after 5:59 p.m.  CT Monday - Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Saturday delivery is available.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL

 

  • STEP 1: Contact Us by email: satreice@satreice.com. We will give you instructions on proceeding to, Step 2. 

  • STEP 2: After We contact you via email. Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.

  • STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense. Mail your package to:

    Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit.

  • ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES: All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
